Maximilian Bader is Director for Engineering and Projects at Bosch in Cluj in the area of ADAS technologies and products for niche customers, including sports, performance and luxury automakers. With over 13 years experience in Bosch and the automotive area, he held various roles, including PhD research plastics engineering, supplier management for battery systems, and leadership in steering systems development. He has also contributed to strategic and organizational development, heading the CEO office of Bosch Engineering in Germany. Outside of work, Maximilian is a 38-year-old family man with a passion for old cars, especially his 1984 Dacia 1310, and enjoys running and photography.
