In my daily role, I ensure that our engineers deliver projects on time and with precision, while empowering them to leverage their expertise and passions. Over the past few years, I have had the opportunity to work in the field of AI at AscentCore's research lab and on various commercial projects, primarily focused on prompt engineering. My favourite aspect of prompt engineering is how it allows me to blend creativity with my technical skills, creating innovative solutions.
