I'm Adela, an Agile Professional with over 15 years of experience working with teams and companies to achieve a maturity that allows them to deliver projects in a performant and sustainable pace, implementing Agile principles along the way, while keeping a work life balance! I've done many roles in the IT world so far, from a Java developer, to Team Lead, Scrum Master, Technical and Agile Project/Delivery Manager, Release Train Engineer/Safe Coach and Agile Coach.

But the hardest and the more complicated one was the role of a Mother! A Mother is a very complex human being you can never explain :), nor find its interior algorithm...hence, exactly like when taking care and growing teams, you learn to take it step by step, do an introspection and then adapt!
